Recording library and processing states

Hub does not accept local files from a computer. A Ballr camera uploads directly to cloud storage in its assigned region, then media processing begins.

   Tracking video and available analytics are generated

   Recording becomes playable

• Filter by sport, processing state or keyword.
• If a processing recording cannot play fully, wait for the state to update.
• Do not upload again from a computer after a cloud failure; check the camera upload record and processing task first.
• A camera going offline does not delete recordings already uploaded to the cloud.
