Two lists
- On camera requires a camera connection and is used to view, upload or manage files on the device.
- Uploaded comes from the cloud and should remain available even when the camera is elsewhere.
- If cloud loading fails, the App keeps the last successful list when possible and offers Retry.
View full size ↗The current recording library separates On camera files from Uploaded cloud recordings. When no camera is connected, On camera tells the user to connect one first.

Common states
- Stored · ready to upload: the file remains on the camera.
- Uploading / paused / failed: the transfer still needs attention.
- Cloud processing: upload is complete but playback is still being generated.
- Playback ready: the file can be played, shared or downloaded when permission allows.
