VENUE GUIDE

Use custom RTMP live streaming in Ballr Venue

Send a paid live order directly to a third-party platform, then configure, verify and stop the publish safely.

BEFORE YOU START

The field enables Live and Custom RTMP

A full rtmp:// or rtmps:// publish URL from the third-party platform

The venue camera is online and idle

01

Choose the mode and save the URL securely

  1. 1

Scan the field, choose Match live and select Custom RTMP under Live destination.

  2. 2

After payment, paste the full rtmp:// or rtmps:// publish URL. Venue rejects playback URLs, private-network targets and addresses without a publish path.

  3. 3

Tap Save publish URL securely and check only the masked target shown on screen; the full URL will not be displayed again.

  4. 4

Start after the teams and field are ready, then wait for the camera to confirm publishing.

02

Verify real video at the third-party receiver

  • Custom RTMP sends camera video only to the entered address and does not create a Venue viewer room.
  • Venue does not create, approve or end the third-party live room for you.
  • After the page says the camera is publishing, open the platform preview or viewer and confirm continuous real video.
  • A pure custom RTMP live order does not create a Venue match recording. Buy a recording-capable service when post-match video is required.
03

Re-enter, edit and end

  1. 1

After closing the page, scan again and verify WeChat identity, or continue from My matches.

  2. 2

Replace the publish URL only before a successful start or when the page explicitly allows it; then recheck the masked target.

  3. 3

At full time, select End custom RTMP live and confirm again.

  4. 4

Wait for camera acknowledgment. The encrypted publish credential is removed after ending and cannot be recovered.

  5. 5

End the live room separately on the third-party platform and confirm the viewer has stopped.
