Order states
- Payment pending / payment expired: the service has not been granted.
- Waiting to start: paid and waiting for the user to be ready at the field.
- Connecting camera: the command was sent and the device has not replied yet.
- Recording / Live: the device confirmed the corresponding service.
- Stopping safely: waiting for the camera to stop and save.
- Processing / Completed: post-match content is being prepared or is ready.

Live and stop

For a Ballr Live order, choose Public or Private. A public link opens directly; a private live uses its order-specific entry.

For Ballr Live, enter an HTTPS playback URL when required and verify real video in the administrator viewer.

A custom RTMP order has no Venue viewer or playback URL. Check the masked publish target and verify at the third-party receiver.

At the end, use the matching stop button in the order or operations overview.

Wait for a successful camera acknowledgment, then confirm the camera is idle and the order complete.
