Delete from uploaded recording details
- 1
Open Recordings → Uploaded and select the recording.
- 2
Check title, recorded time, teams and cloud state to avoid deleting a similarly named match.
- 3
At the bottom of Match information, tap Delete uploaded video. If the button is absent, this account has no delete permission.
- 4
Read the confirmation and tap Move to Trash. The App returns to the library and removes the cloud item.
- 5
Check Hub Trash. An authorized administrator can restore it when needed.
The on-camera file is not deleted
- Deleting from Uploaded does not automatically delete the source file stored on the camera.
- Manage the on-camera file separately only after verifying the cloud result and confirming no upload is active.
- The current recording and an uploading source file are protected from deletion.
- To free camera storage without deleting the cloud copy, return to the On camera list.
What happens to sharing and collaboration
- After a recording enters Trash, existing public shares stop providing normal access.
- After restoring, verify playback, clips, match details and any share links that should remain in use.
- Before permanent deletion, confirm the recording is no longer needed for delivery, sharing, clips or retention. Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
