Delete and restore
- Under the current default policy, new recordings are retained for 30 days; follow the organization's plan and page notice.
- A manually deleted recording enters Trash and is normally recoverable for 30 days.
- Trash content continues to use cloud space until permanently deleted.
- Restoring a recording keeps its events, notes and match information.

Permanently delete
- 1
Confirm the recording is no longer needed and has no sharing, delivery or compliance-retention requirement.

Select it in Trash.
- 3
Check the title and device ID, then permanently delete it.
- 4
Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
