You may leave the progress page after the camera accepts the upload task, but keep the camera powered with stable internet. When you return, check the original task instead of uploading again because the page has not refreshed yet.

Recovery order

Confirm recording ended and the file appears in the on-camera library.

Confirm the camera can access the internet, not only the phone.

Open upload progress and identify Waiting for network, Paused or a specific failure.

Continue after network recovers; retry a failed task once.
- 5
If time synchronization failed, confirm the phone sets time automatically and retry.

Cloud processing after upload is normal; do not submit again.
